So how do you find the Goddess within? Simply put, you love yourself unconditionally. Sometimes that is easier said than done, right? We get caught up with taking care of everyone else at times that we forget about ourselves and our needs. Loving yourself is taking care of yourself and allowing yourself space to be with you without stress or feeling guilty. Loving yourself is appreciating you and all your wonderful parts. The parts of you that you may not like most and the parts of you that you love dearly. Every single bit of you is divine, special, and deserving of praise. So give yourself praise. Take a nice warm bath with relaxing music and candles. Get caught up in a good book, take a walk and just soak up the comforting energy of Mother Gaia. Take a moment for yourself, it’s okay. You deserve it!

Love you more than anyone else could. Goddess are known for being adored by others and that adoration fuels their powers and strength. Imagine feeling constant and genuine admiration, encouragement, love and gratitude. That would feel amazing, right! You have all of that within you. You have the ability and are fully capable of providing yourself all of those wonderful things. Feed your inner Goddess, strengthen her power within you and you will be blessed abundantly.

Whenever you notice yourself thinking things that do not speak to the truth that you are a divine, wonderful, being fully cable of giving and receiving love without conditions; you reject those false statements. Speak the truth, repeatedly. Know your truth and believe it with full faith. Live your truth unapologetically. Do these things and you will discover the amazing goddess within, she’s there waiting on you. <3
